Somaliland and Taiwan Discuss Stronger Cooperation in Taipei

Taiwan’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Lin Chia-lung, received Somaliland’s Minister of Interior and National Security, Abdalle Mohamed Arab, and his delegation in Taipei.

The Somaliland delegation included Mohamed Abdirahman Hassan, Director General of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Brigadier General Ahmed Mohamed Hassan (Sawaaxili), Commander of the Fire Brigade.

The meeting focused on strengthening relations between Somaliland and Taiwan and expanding their growing cooperation. The two sides also discussed building direct links between their institutions, deepening diplomatic engagement, and advancing shared interests.
